Are you a school administrator, hospital director, senior center coordinator, or community leader interested in partnering with us?
Partnership is free to recipient organizations.
Rooted Futures Initiative covers all costs through donor support and grants.
Here's how it works:
1. Apply or Reach Out - Contact us with basic information about your space and community
2. Site Visit & Consultation - We meet with you to understand your needs and assess the space
3. Custom Design - We create an installation plan tailored to your environment and goals
4. Installation Day - Our team transforms your space (and yes, you can participate!)
5. Education & Training - We teach your staff, students, or residents how to care for the plants
6. Ongoing Support - We check in regularly to ensure long-term success
